The benefits
Guaranteed meetings
We can arrange for sponsored educational or promotional meetings of up to 100 selected delegates within the main exhibition hall. This means you can engage with clients directly prior to the expo and invite them to attend a secure and confidential signature event or meeting carrying your corporate branding.
AR and VR
Within the conference space we can also provide interactive 3D models of tools and equipment, products or molecules that delegates can interact with. These can be accessed via all devices but will be particularly impactful when using augmented reality devices or virtual reality headsets. If we combine this technology with a guaranteed meeting we can take delegates for demonstrations in operating theatres, to production lines, molecular processes and nano-technology.
Live interactions
Every exhibition stand has a number of engagement hotspot that enable delegates to access online content including video content, PDF information to download, Calendly appointment booking technology and live video calls with representatives. This enables delegates to interact directly with your team and open café conversations on the stand can provide an excellent space for group interactions and presentations.
