Host organisations
The Conference Zone provides a full conference service offering including agenda design, speaker engagement, delegate management, sponsorship liaison, live event management support, feedback and certification. The main arena, breakout area and lecture theatre can be fully branded to the corporate identity of the host organisation. Our conference team will manage sign-up and registration on the day. There is always a live host in the main exhibition space and lecture theatre to trouble-shoot any technical issues and our digital team is present while the conference is live to ensure the highest quality experience of the online environment.

There are two types of conference available to host organisations, currently. But we are happy to discuss any bespoke requirements if you want to personalise the experience for your delegates.
Expo for international or national conferences
- Exhibition space with four headline sponsor stands and up to sixteen engagement stands.
- Main lecture theatre.
- Pre-recorded lectures and live engagement events in the exhibition space.
Regional conference or network meeting
- Networking space with six engagement stands.
- Main lecture theatre.
- Optional second lecture theatre for parallel sessions.
We take your data seriously at Conference Zone Limited. Data security is our top priority. We are registered as an organisation with the Information Commissioners Office in the United Kingdom. We manage all delegate data on a secure server within the conference platform and maintain data sharing agreements with our clients and technical support partners. Our data management protocols are GDPR complaint and audited regularly.
